Traditional construction procurement, contracting, and project delivery are often described as fragmented and adversarial. But in recent years, innovators in the construction industry have experimented with creative collaborative processes in an effort to increase productivity and lower risks.
At this year's Construction Law Seminar, Faegre Baker Daniels construction lawyers will be joined by industry leaders to discuss ways in which project participants can collaborate to complete successful construction projects.
