American Arbitration Association ACE Training

Overview

Mark Voigtmann of Faegre Baker Daniels will teach a half-day course for AAA arbitrators on Tuesday, September 18, 2012, in Indianapolis. Sponsored by the American Arbitration Association, the ACE training — titled "Managing the Arbitration Process for Efficiency and Economy Following the Preliminary Hearing" — will run from 9 a.m. until noon. Registration begins 30 minutes before the course time.
 
The ACE course will identify techniques to promote efficiency and economy in arbitration after the preliminary hearing. The agenda includes case background and the preliminary hearing scheduling order, panel breakouts and a plenary session.
