Companies today electronically collect and manage vast amounts of sensitive information about their business and customers. While essential to conducting business, this can heighten the risk of outside cyberattacks, inadvertent compromise, and theft by malicious insiders. This panel discussion will address ever-increasing threats to information security, including how to mitigate risk, respond to incidents and work effectively with law enforcement to protect a company’s interests.
Moderated by the Honorable John D. Tinder, former United States Attorney and judge for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the panel will include representatives from the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and leading law and forensic consulting firms:
•Cynthia Ridgeway, Assistant United States Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice
•Gerald Reichard, Supervisory Special Agent, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Indianapolis Field Office
•Jordan Kraner, Principal, Charles River Associates
•Kathleen Rice, Counsel, Faegre Baker Daniels
•Brian McGinnis, Partner, Barnes and Thornburg
An application for standard Indiana CLE credit is being submitted.
