The "New Normal" – The Trump Administration's Effect on Labor & Employment

Overview

President Trump is in the midst of rolling out an aggressive agenda that will impact employers across sectors. The Trump Administration is expected to change many regulations and policies concerning the enforcement of labor and employment laws, and drive federal legislative activity for at least the next four years in the following areas:

- Wage & Hour
- Union Activity and Labor Laws
- EEO Laws
- Requirements for Federal Government Contractors
- Immigration
