Labor Management Relations Seminar

Labor Relations in a New Era: Strategies to Keep Your Balance as the Pendulum Swings Again

Minneapolis, MN

Both union and non-union employers have been riding a fast-swinging pendulum for the last several years, trying to keep up with sweeping changes that altered decades of labor law precedent and required them to alter many of their policies and practices. Now the pendulum has begun its swing back toward many of the prior precedents, which will require employers to adjust their approaches yet again.

In this year’s seminar, key members of Faegre Baker Daniels’ labor management relations team will address the following topics to help employers keep their balance and stay ahead of the game:

  • Stop Moving the Goal Line! Understanding Protected Concerted Activity Under the Trump Administration
  • Panel Discussion - Tips for Effective Practice and Avoiding Common Mistakes in NLRB Cases
  • Back to the Future: Implementing Effective Labor Relations Strategies in a New Era

Please join us for this informative, half-day seminar and networking opportunity.

An application for standard Minnesota Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit will be submitted. The program will also be submitted to the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for continuing education credit review.

There is no fee to participate. Your reply is requested by Friday, September 8, 2017.
