Current Issues in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotech Litigation

Jessica Benson Cox will be moderating the panel, "The ABC’s of Settling Mass Torts" at the American Bar Association's Current Issues in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, and Biotech Litigation program. Stephen Bennett will also be speaking as a part of this panel. The panel, comprised of plaintiff’s counsel, defense counsel, in-house counsel and insurers, will discuss their experiences in settling mass torts, including the retention and involvement of outside counsel who are mass tort settlement specialists.
