Obtaining and maintaining trademark registrations is fundamental for brand owners. In this session, we will review recent court and TTAB decisions on topics such as distinctiveness, identification of goods and services, priority, proof of use, and other trademark registration issues. 

This seminar is the second installment in a three-part roundtable series hosted by the Faegre Baker Daniels trademark, copyright, advertising and media (T-CAM) practice. These sessions bring legal and marketing professionals together for a guided discussion on current trends and developments in this area of law.
