When the Government Comes Knocking

 Nothing can cause a frenzy more than an employer hearing that a government agency has shown up at a facility unexpectedly or has served a notice for an on-site visit. From the DOL to OSHA, and ICE to the EEOC and OFCCP,  government agencies are exercising their rights to visit employer sites, dive into an employer’s records, and interview witnesses.  Join us for a facilitated discussion on government audits and investigations, with practical insights on how to prepare for, survive, and even avoid these fear-inducing visits.

An application for standard Colorado, Indiana and Minnesota CLE credit will be submitted. The program will also be submitted to the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) for continuing education credit.
