Real Solutions to Religious Accommodation in 2022

Faegre Drinker partner Nicole Truso presented a session titled “Real Solutions to Religious Accommodation in 2022” at the 2022 Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute.  Nicole discussed the practicalities on providing religious accommodations in the workplace and went over real-life scenarios including COVID-19 vaccinations, scheduling requests and modifications of job duties.
