Baker & Daniels' State Appellate Pro Bono Initiative Cited

Indiana Lawyer reported on Baker & Daniels' state appellate pro bono initiative in its story titled "Pro Spotlight Bono: These Pro Bono Cases Have Appeal." Matthew Albaugh, who argued and briefed the firm's first appellate pro bono case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, was quoted as saying, "We've started something comparable to the Seventh Circuit's program here in the state of Indiana. The state has sufficient resources for criminal appeals but not for civil cases for indigent litigants. We're trying to do something for Hoosiers who are in need."
