Laitner Advises Manufacturer on Australian Acquisition

A Faegre Baker Daniels team led by attorney Gary Laitner advised UK-based manufacturer, Elta Group, on its acquisition of an air conditioning specialist, Airepure Australia.

Gary worked with business advisors at BDO to provide Elta Group with financial services during the deal.
