On LawForChange.org, a project of the Lex Mundi Pro Bono Foundation, Stacey Smiricky and Lindsey Wills of Faegre Baker Daniels provided an overview of federal and Illinois employment laws relevant to social sector organizations and their employees located in Illinois.
