Legislative Study Committees Endorsing Some Tax Credit Changes

Last week, legislators returned to the Indiana Statehouse for Organization Day to mark the beginning of the 2013 General Assembly in the Indiana Senate.  In the eight months since the 2012 session has adjourned, more than 30 legislative study panels have spent hundreds of hours listening to testimony and reviewing reports on many complex and controversial issues facing Indiana. Libby Cierzniak authored an article for Inside Indiana Business delving into the details of the committee reports, and what might be in store for the 2013 legislative session, including changes to several tax credits.
