Law360 Features FaegreBD Attorneys Named as 2014 BTI Client Service All-Stars

Faegre Baker Daniels' partners Scott Anderegg, Jacob Bylund, David Gross and Kim Walker have been selected as BTI Client Service All-Stars for 2014. In articles published by Law360, Walker, Gross and Anderegg discussed the keys to their success in providing the highest levels of client service.

Walker, who leads the firm's international food and agriculture industry team, was one of only three attorneys to be named an MVP for receiving the All-Star recognition for four-consecutive years. In "15 Antitrust Lawyers Know How To Keep GCs Happy," Walker described his involvement with core clients who are regulated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) explaining, "We're advising those clients consistently on how they're maximizing compliance with all USDA requirements and setting up systems so that they comply." Walker was also mentioned in "GCs Name Best-Of-The-Best Attys."

Gross, a trial lawyer for the firm's intellectual property practice explained in "GCs Name Favorite IP Lawyers" that FaegreBD's alternative fee agreements demonstrate to clients that the firm is "part of the business solution to an IP problem as opposed to a mere transaction cost."

Anderegg practices in commercial real estate and in "In-House Attys Name 9 Stellar Real Estate Lawyers," discussed the challenge of consistently providing great client service when there are a number of complicated deals occurring simultaneously. Anderegg said a "leveraged" approach works best for him, allocating work based on billing rates of attorneys—allowing him to provide a high level of client service while maintaining cost effectiveness and balancing numerous deals at once.
