10 Key Trade Secret Developments of 2015: Part 2

In the second installment of a two-part 2015 retrospective piece for Law360, four Faegre Baker Daniels attorneys—partners Randy Kahnke and Kerry Bundy and associates Tyler Young and Peter Magnuson— highlighted the year’s biggest developments in trade secret law. Picking up where the first piece left off, part two honed in on five more trends that emerged in the last year that will be critical in shaping the future of trade secret law in the U.S. and abroad.
