Shawn Doorhy Quoted in Cook County Record About Ill. Supreme Court Victory for Home Builders and Buyers

In an article appearing in the Cook County Record, Faegre Baker Daniels associate Shawn Doorhy discussed his experience representing a home builder at the Illinois Supreme Court. The case resulted in a favorable decision for Doorhy’s pro bono client and the housing market, as it upheld the status quo for home builders’ liability and ultimately prevented housing cost increases.
