Trial Counsel's Role on a Mass Tort Virtual Law Team

During mass tort litigation, the role of trial counsel is one of translation, synthesizing a lengthy record, identifying key themes, and presenting the company’s defense clearly and persuasively. However, trial counsel does not develop a strategy in isolation.
