Overview

Kimberly Achs focuses exclusively on all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, child support and parenting time, adoptions, guardianships, paternity, and premarital agreements. She has more than 20 years of paralegal experience.

Kim serves her clients by helping with:

  • Drafting and filing of legal documents
  • Preparing materials and exhibits for trials, depositions and mediations
  • Assisting clients with discovery responses
  • Reviewing financial information and preparing marital estate balance sheets
  • Communicating with counsel and court staff

In addition to her family law experience, Kim is also on the audit response team and assists attorneys in the firm’s investment management group and other general business litigation matters as needed.

Personal Interests

Outside of the office, Kim enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
