Overview
Haroon Anwar solves complex civil litigation of all types for clients. He represents companies in product liability and personal injury cases, mass torts, premises liability cases, negligence cases and consumer fraud cases. Haroon has litigated in state and federal courts across the country and has extensive experience preparing for and trying cases.
Product Liability Litigation
Haroon defends manufacturers of pharmaceutical products, medical devices, engines, and industrial equipment and tools in product liability matters. Haroon has experience managing and successfully defending mass tort and multidistrict litigation, including coordination between state and federal court proceedings.
Regulatory Counseling
In addition to litigation, Haroon advises manufacturers and other business clients on regulatory and general legal matters. Haroon’s business and accounting background provides him with the skills to successfully understand and handle matters involving complex damages or financial issues.
