With more than a decade of combined legal and audit experience, including five years of experience in the financial services industry, Kwesi Atta-Krah partners with clients to assess risk and remain above the fray. Past Experience

Before joining the business litigation practice at Faegre Baker Daniels, Kwesi was an associate at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP, where he specialized in complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, including corporate governance, director fiduciary duties, mergers and acquisitions, and matters brought under the Delaware General Corporation Law. He also worked as a summer associate for Potter Anderson & Corroon and as a judicial intern to The Honorable Gladys Kessler (U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia) and The Honorable James Gale (North Carolina Business Court).

Prior to his transition into law, Kwesi held senior-level positions in auditing. In his last post, he supervised and managed risk assessments, internal controls testing and implementation, and audits involving corporate governance, corporate finance and accounting, and consumer credit solutions.
