Elizabeth Boggia litigates commercial and complex business disputes in both federal and state courts. She collaborates with clients, ranging from multinational to closely held corporations and start ups, to understand their business and financial goals and achieve advantageous results. Elizabeth also represents food and agribusiness clients, helping them navigate federal, state and local regulatory frameworks and help their businesses thrive.
Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Elizabeth was an associate at another Am Law 100 firm in New York City, where she represented major domestic and international companies in complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
