Chief Talent Officer


Ronaldo Borger is the chief talent officer at Faegre Baker Daniels, where he leads a team focused on enabling individuals, leaders, teams and the firm to perform at their highest levels. Ronaldo designs and implements people strategies to create a culture of high performance, aligned with firm’s overall strategy.

Ronaldo works with FaegreBD’s management board and executive committee to attract superior talent and develop FaegreBD’s 750+ legal and consulting professionals and operations teams.

Law Firm Experience

Before joining FaegreBD, Ronaldo was chief human resources officer at Seyfarth Shaw where he helped transform the talent and human resources functions, rolled out innovative competency models and training and development programs for attorneys, led an executive coaching program for high-potential partners, and co-chaired the Diversity & Inclusion Leadership Team.

Management Consulting

A native of Brazil, Ronaldo has international experience leading talent management. He previously worked at global management consulting firm A.T. Kearney as the global director of talent management and as director of human resources for the Americas region. He began his career working as a management consultant in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Personal Interests

An avid Sunfish sailor, Ronaldo organizes a racing program on Lake Michigan, north shore of Chicago.
