Overview

Patrick Bottini assists clients in complex litigation, focusing on intellectual property. He counsels clients on patent litigation, copyright litigation, and false advertising and defamation litigation, with a specialty for deconstructing complex legal and technical issues for lay audiences. His experience includes numerous cases in federal court spanning various intellectual property regimes, as well as complex product liability and employment matters.

Legal Design

Patrick is a founding member of the firm’s Design Lab, focusing on visual advocacy and communication. Patrick is one of the firm’s leading authorities on the application of visual design principles to legal practice and has applied that expertise to various trials, oral arguments and motions papers in federal court.
