Overview
As chief performance officer, Lisa Brown leverages her problem-solving, project management and consensus-building skills, and her background in firm management and as a practicing lawyer, to enhance the performance of individual partners and principals, practice groups and industry teams, and the firm. She collaborates with firm leadership to implement Faegre Baker Daniels’ key strategic initiatives and manage change through effective planning, communication and educational programming for partners and principals.

For more than a decade, Lisa was the chief talent partner at Schiff Hardin LLP. Lisa designed and implemented path-breaking talent management systems for lawyers —including professional development, practice development, recruitment and diversity — that propelled the firm to national recognition in attorney satisfaction and diversity. She also supported the firm’s top leadership on its broader strategic and operational initiatives.
