Overview

Craig Coleman is a commercial litigator and trial lawyer with experience successfully representing clients in a wide range of commercial and business disputes. Craig has represented diverse clients in complex and high-stakes litigation involving antitrust, environmental disasters, partnership, commercial and intellectual disputes.

Antitrust

Craig has extensive expertise in antitrust litigation and has litigated the full range of antitrust claims. He has defended antitrust cases brought by the federal government, business competitors and consumers. Craig represents clients through the merger clearance process, and he provides antitrust counseling to corporations and trade associations across industries.

Plaintiff Recovery

Craig represented hundreds of commercial fishermen and businesses in connection with the Deepwater Horizon disaster. Craig has broad experience representing plaintiffs and has achieved successful recoveries through trial and settlement for diverse clients in antitrust, commercial and environmental cases.
