Emily Damman is a litigator who supports clients during complex commercial disputes, insurance company litigation, securities and financial services litigation, and complex criminal litigation.

Complex Commercial Disputes

Emily counsels companies on federal and state regulations and works toward resolving disputes through mediation, settlement and trial. She represents businesses at all stages of litigation in tort and contract claims, class actions, consumer complaints, and general business disputes.

Insurance Industry Experience

Emily counsels several insurance companies and understands the industry’s day-to-day operational needs. She helps insurance clients resolve policyholder disputes, advises on insurance policy matters and regulatory interpretation, and represents them in courtroom litigation.

Past Experience

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Emily worked in government and federal affairs, including serving as staff assistant to U.S. Senator Tim Johnson.
