Linnea Eiden advises clients on corporate debt finance. She represents corporate borrowers, private equity funds, hedge funds and lenders in secured and unsecured finance transactions. She also advises companies in both public and private offerings of debt securities. Linnea also advises emerging companies, venture capital funds and corporate venture arms in private placements of debt securities.

Linnea has advised on transactions with values ranging from $500,000 to $2.5 billion, including cross-border transactions touching Canada, the Cayman Islands, Egypt, Indonesia, Iraq, Georgia, the United Kingdom and beyond.
