Overview
Tim Grimsrud is a trial lawyer who focuses his practice in intellectual property litigation. A former Federal Circuit law clerk with a master's degree in chemistry, Tim has represented clients in complex IP cases throughout the country. He also represents and advises clients on patent review and post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Tim is also an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, where he teaches Winning Patent Litigation.
