Debbie Hinshaw advises clients on employee benefits law, particularly qualified retirement plans.
Debbie prepares and revises employee benefit documents, and she advises employers on compliance with tax and employee benefit laws. Debbie also represents employers in their dealings with the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor on employee plan correction matters.
