Dave R. Jensen

Manager of Litigation Support


Dave Jensen works with attorneys and clients to design and provide flexible and defensible electronic discovery solutions. Dave partners with stakeholders at all levels to develop and execute strategy relating to discovery, and to identify efficient and cost-conscious methods to locate, preserve, collect and review electronic data.

Dave maintains a broad technical skill set by providing services across matter types and in varied industries. He assists teams with data preservation and collections, advising on data-handling best practices, and executing search efforts. Other recent projects include advising on the administration of legal holds, developing cross-border data workflows and providing information governance consultation.

Past Experience

Prior to re-joining FaegreBD, Dave worked in Ernst & Young’s Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services group, managing and consulting on electronic discovery and investigation projects for law firms and corporations. Before that, he supported electronic discovery and document review efforts for FaegreBD and a legal services provider.
