Asha Jessop collaborates with clients and attorneys to develop defense strategies to Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) claims.

Asha has a penchant for doing deep dives, providing research-based comparative legal analysis on FINRA and SEC decisions and conducting document reviews of franchise and supply agreements. Asha is also experienced with discovery pertaining to lawsuits brought by government entities.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the corporate practice at Faegre Baker Daniels, Asha worked in the banking and financial services industry where she performed compliance and regulatory functions.
