Ted Koehler represents clients in business litigation, specializing in breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts, insurance, unfair competition, securities and intellectual property matters.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Ted worked as an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in Boston.

Before his legal career, Ted worked on the staff of a U.S. senator, for a startup company in the alternative fuels industry, and at a boutique winery in Sonoma, California.
