Overview
Andy Krafcheck helps clients advance their goals in real estate matters, focusing on commercial property acquisitions and dispositions, development and leasing. He represents private equity investors, developers, REITs and institutions in transactions and the management of real estate portfolios across the U.S. He deals with many types of properties, including student housing, multifamily, and shopping centers and other retail properties. Andy’s experience includes:
- Acquisition, development and sale of large student housing properties throughout the country.
- Acquisition, development, leasing and sale of car wash sites for a national car wash company.
- Drafting and negotiating real estate-related agreements and documents.
- Sale-leaseback transactions.
- Managing due diligence.
- Resolving title defects.
Personal Interests
Andy enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their two dogs, Charlie and Gertie, playing golf and cross-country skiing.
