Overview

Gary Laitner helps clients grow internationally through cross-border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures while navigating antitrust issues.

Gary has worked extensively with clients in most European jurisdictions, Australia, South Africa, Nigeria, the U.S., South America and throughout Asia (particularly Japan, China and Korea). Gary helps clients understand cultural differences of transacting in other jurisdictions and has a particular fondness for U.K.-U.S. and U.S.-U.K. transactions. Gary is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and serves as co-leader of Faegre Drinker's international transactions practice team.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Drinker, Gary was a partner at Crowell & Moring and a worldwide partner in the tax and legal practice of Arthur Andersen.
