Mark Leach provides clients with guidance and insights through all steps of the development process, from handling municipal zoning ordinances to guiding clients through regulatory approvals.

Public Sector Experience

Before joining the firm, Mark worked for the City of Indianapolis's Department of Metropolitan Development, where he reviewed and analyzed land use petitions, conducted site visits and zoning history research, and handled staff reports and public hearings.
