Overview

Josh Mahoney represents clients facing complex commercial disputes, including construction mediation and litigation, breach of contract, criminal and civil antitrust, and business torts. He has significant experience navigating disputes through all stages of litigation around the country in federal and state courts and in private arbitration.

Past Experience

Josh previously practiced commercial litigation at an international law firm in Chicago. He began his legal career as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Michael J. Melloy of the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and for the Hon. Rebecca Pallmeyer of the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to that, Josh served as a paralegal for Iowa Legal Aid through the AmeriCorps program.
