Veronica Mason represents financial institutions, corporations and other lenders and borrowers in commercial lending transactions, including asset-based credit facilities, syndicated credit facilities and senior and mezzanine debt financing. Veronica also represents financial institutions in agribusiness finance and tax credit transactions.

Veronica also advises clients on loan restructuring to maximize returns to lenders.

Past Experience

Before joining the firm, Veronica served as a judicial law clerk in the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She also worked as a summer associate with Faegre Baker Daniels, immigration law extern with Mid-Minnesota Legal Aid and summer fellow with the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota.
