Overview
Brenda McShane assists attorneys with a variety of products liability matters, including negligence, toxic tort, premises liability, breaches of contract and other disputes. She drafts discovery and pleadings, client memoranda, motions and mediation statements, and reviews and analyzes a variety of documents.
Before rejoining the firm, Brenda was a real estate paralegal for Angelina & Herrick PC, where she worked with attorneys, clients, loan officers and closing agents through real estate transactions.
