Overview
Ryan Miske is the leader of the firm’s worldwide private equity practice. Ryan works with private and public companies, assisting clients with debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. He uses past experience as a manager for an industrial supply company in Chicago to understand and achieve the business goals involved in transactions.
Ryan serves all industries, and has been a close advisor to many food and agribusinesses, counseling on $5 billion worth of deals in these sectors recently.
