Kevin Mitchell is a trial attorney who represents clients in a broad range of commercial and finance litigation matters. Kevin enforces commercial lending remedies, defends lender liability claims and federal consumer claims, and litigates matters in bankruptcy court. He partners with clients to implement litigation strategies that align with business objectives.
Kevin’s litigation track record includes numerous high-impact, high-value victories. His clients have included national and regional banks, middle-market companies, trustees, and creditors doing business with distressed and insolvent companies. Kevin has tried multiple cases in state and federal courts, and he has represented clients before the Indiana Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
