Overview

Scott Peck helps clients access funding to complete transformative projects. He serves as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel on tax-exempt and taxable state and municipal bond issues.
Scott advises on a wide variety of financings, including:
  • General obligation bonds
  • Special taxing district bonds
  • Income tax-backed bonds
  • Revenue bonds
  • Tax increment financings
  • Utility financings 
  • Industrial development bonds

Scott has also served as bond counsel and underwriter's counsel on health care and other nonprofit financings.

In addition, he advises clients on federal tax matters relating to public finance and serves as tax counsel on tax-exempt financings. He also counsels governmental clients on general municipal law and redevelopment law issues, and has represented governmental entities in negotiating economic incentives for economic development projects.
