Staci Perdue represents clients in complex commercial disputes, white collar criminal matters, internal investigations, securities litigation, franchise disputes and non-compete matters.

Investigations & Enforcement

Staci has participated in internal and external investigations, including investigations under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and by the Securities and Exchange Commission. She has experience representing individuals in white collar criminal matters and federal sentencing.

Securities & Corporate Litigation

Staci has experience defending corporations and their officers and directors in securities litigation involving related-party transactions, executive compensation and other general allegations of mismanagement, including securities fraud class actions, as well as in shareholder suits and other corporate litigation.

Commercial Litigation

Staci also has experience with commercial litigation, including contract and trade secret disputes, with a particular focus on franchise and non-compete matters. Staci has focused on franchise disputes and has represented national franchisors on matters relating to trademark enforcement, post-termination and default disputes, along with other miscellaneous franchise matters. Staci also has experience both seeking and defending against motions for injunctive relief to enforce non-compete and non-solicit agreements for her clients.

Past Experience

During law school, Staci worked as a law extern at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit in Minneapolis, a law clerk in the Hennepin County Attorney's Office in Minneapolis and a summer associate at Faegre Baker Daniels.
