Jim Poradek serves as lead attorney for clients engaged in complex intellectual property and technology litigation. Jim has a successful track record litigating patent cases related to various technologies, including medical devices, GPS-based traffic control, commercial graphics technology, pharmaceutical bioprocess technology, crop growth technology, and more. He also litigates matters related to trade secret misappropriation, false advertising and franchise act claims.
Jim teaches patent litigation and strategy at the University of Minnesota Law School. He has taught claim construction courses for judges and judicial clerks in the District of Minnesota.
