Overview

Dawn Holicky Pruitt focuses on advising public companies in their capital raising and liability management activities. Dawn regularly assists clients in both public and private offerings of debt securities and represented clients in securities offerings aggregating more than $50 billion since the beginning of 2020.

Dawn has advised on securities offerings and related transactions involving:

  • Sustainability bonds
  • Fixed and floating rate debt securities, including LIBOR transition and SOFR implementation
  • Foreign-denominated debt securities
  • Depositary shares, representing interests in preferred stock
  • Structured products linked to a variety of market measures, including stock indices and exchange traded funds
