Overview
Lisa Pugh helps corporations and LLCs work through complex tax and corporate matters. She advises public and private corporations on mergers and acquisitions, including taxable and tax-free transactions, as well as related issues such as executive compensation.
Lisa works with emerging and established companies on business development and joint ventures. Lisa also has experience in the tax aspects of public stock and debt offerings, convertible debt, debt securities denominated in various foreign currencies, and debt securities linked to market performance and stock indices.
