Senior Paralegal


Pamela Ramirez Graves supports clients through immigration and global mobility matters. Pamela prepares employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visas, labor certification, adjustment of status/consular processing, naturalization and global mobility issues.


Pamela assists foreign nationals with applications for advance parole, re-entry permits and employment authorization applications, drafting company support letters, government forms and related correspondence. She also prepares H-1B, TN and E-3 petitions, as well as L-1 and blanket petitions.

Global Mobility

Pamela assists employers with the relocation of expatriate employees fulfilling international work assignments in countries including India, Philippines, Nigeria, France, Israel and China.

Past Experience

Before joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Pamela gained experience as a litigation paralegal in personal injury and toxic tort. She brings an international perspective to her work after studying in Spain and Nicaragua.
