简介

Jason Rauch manages litigation and disputes at the state and federal levels. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation, state and federal constitutional law, mass toxic tort litigation, and white collar criminal defense. Jason also assists with internal investigations and responses to government investigations.

Past Experience

Prior to joining Faegre Baker Daniels, Jason worked as a police officer with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. He served in patrol and administrative positions, developing policies and procedures for the police department, instructing new officers on criminal law and investigation procedures, and collaborating on an overhaul to the department’s criminal law and procedure training curriculum. Jason also served in the U.S. Army as a psychological operations specialist, spending time in Iraq.

During law school, Jason worked as a FaegreBD summer associate, gaining experience with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, worker’s compensation, SEC investigations, trust and estate litigation and constitutional tort litigation.

Personal Interests

Jason enjoys traveling and going to baseball games with his wife and kids.
