Overview
Kevin Reiter helps clients navigate real estate tax appeals and alcoholic beverage permit compliance. Kevin reviews and analyzes the real estate tax assessments on all commercial and industrial uses, including very complex properties such as steel mills, electric power generating plants and casinos. Kevin’s 30+ years of experience in real property valuation appeals has helped net clients in excess of $100 million in tax savings.
Kevin also appears as an expert witness in administrative hearings.
Past Experience
Before joining the firm, Kevin gained experience serving as a field representative and hearing officer for the Indiana Board of Tax Commissioners. He also worked as the assessing coordinator for the Hamilton County Assessor and first deputy assessor for the Clay Township assessor's office in Hamilton County.Related Legal Services
