Overview
Dan Roy litigates on state and local tax matters, shareholder disputes in close corporations, and post-closing suits arising from mergers and acquisitions. He has represented a wide variety of clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurs and nonprofits. Dan also provides crisis management counsel to clients facing situations that raise both legal and communications issues.
Government Experience
