Anna Rutigliano counsels clients in complex litigation, including products liability, mass torts, class actions and general business disputes. Anna leverages experience as a registered nurse to find solutions in complex mass tort issues.

Litigation Experience

Anna prepares fact and witness depositions, drafts motions, prepares oral arguments and is a member of several trial teams. She also developed and implemented a project management system in a global settlement program.

Drug & Device Industry Expertise

Anna represents a Fortune 500 manufacturer of minimally invasive devices for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and one of the world’s largest orthopedic medical device manufacturers.

Past Experience

During law school, Anna worked as a summer associate with Faegre Baker Daniels, assisting with legal research on a case that ultimately went before the U.S. Supreme Court. She also gained experience clerking at another Indianapolis firm.
